I’m Lindsay. Writer + trained IFS healer.

Five years ago my healing journey began. I was clinically depressed, anxious and suffering from panic attacks almost every day. My entire life, I felt dependent on my relationships. I lacked security and wondered why I felt so alone. My relationships suffered and I had no idea how to create healthy love.

After meeting my husband and hitting a severe rock bottom, I knew something needed to change. I found an Internal Family Systems therapist and together we healed the anxiety that ruled my life. The twisting in my stomach that kept me from feeling free, that kept me from embodying my most authentic Self.

Fast forward 5 years, I run a successful business. I finished my graduate program for creative writing. My community is strong and I have the most secure relationship, the most grounding love.

And best of all? I know exactly who I am. My authentic Self is the leader of my life.

And none of this would have been possible without IFS therapy. Without turning to my journal every single day.
